Introduction

「九九艦爆」の後継として開発された高速性能を誇る水冷エンジンの艦上爆撃機「彗星」。
航空戦艦搭載用に改修された彗星艦爆二二型の改修強化機と熟練搭乗員を集中配備した第六三四航空隊所属の精鋭彗星艦爆隊です。
航空戦艦を母艦とする艦爆隊として磨き上げられたその力、ぜひ提督の手で「瑞雲」と共に活躍させてください！

The successor to the "Type 99 Dive Bomber", "Suisei boasted" a high-performance water-cooled engine.
Adjusted for Aviation Battleship use, these Suisei Model 22 were an improved version used in high concentration by the most elite pilots belonging to the 634th Air Corps.
Please be certain to use this newfound power in tandem with a battlecarrier mothership, and let them serve together with "Zuiuns".

Mechanics

Dive Bombers are one of the main types of plane used by CV(B/L). Their main role is to do damage during the Airstrike, with their "Dive Bombing" Dive Bomber Attack stat being the most important factor in this regard. Dive Bombers are additionally needed for dealing damage during day Shelling, especially for Aircraft Carrier Cut-Ins (CVCI).

"Suiseis 634 Air Group" are aditionaly required for the Ise-class Kai NiIse Kai Ni
Hyuuga Kai Ni to perform special Suisei cut-in attack (see Artillery Spotting for more details).
