Almost every Hero from IJN pilot was from here. Ithink she MUST get some Honor. Not to be FORGOTTEN and give that lousy stat...
this not seems right nor just for her hard work to train all those pilot.

the weakest CVL was almost forgotten by every player.
she must have a Underdog Secret moves or something.
