An improved variant of the "dive-bombing-capable torpedo bomber", the Ryuusei. The Ryuusei Kai's silhouette is not only exquisite, but it is a heavily armed multi-role carrier attack plane that has hydraulically-operated bomb bay doors, 2x20mm cannons, and a rear-mounted 13mm swivel gun. The elite what-if attack squadron of Akagi and Kaga were to be deployed with these planes.
