Had a unique deck arrangement wherein during carrier flight operations her funnels will turn 90 degrees to allow more deck space
One of the original 7 interwar carriers of the US Navy. Ranger is also one of the 3 who survived the war including Saratoga and Enterprise.
Survived World War II.
In Kancolle live events, she has been known to be the part-timer/poster girl for all the KanColle x MELONBOOKS collaborations. She even earned the nickname of MELONBOOKS' "Permanent Part-Timer" from the Naval Base.
She is shown to be "very fun" when alcohol is involved and has also helped in promoting Kancolle collabs involving special brews of beer and liquor (example: MITSUKOSHI).
