Analysis

Pola Kai

Priority: High

At first remodel, this Italian heavy cruiser has good Firepower but a very low Torpedo stat, making her suited for daytime surface combat thanks to Artillery Spotting but not so much for night battle.

What makes her incredibly valuable is the unique ability to carry seaplane fighters and bombers without being classified as an aviation cruiser, making her able to contest air control where other ships just aren't allowed to go.

Keep in mind that she has inherently long range when shelling order is an issue.

No further remodels have been implemented for her yet (as of November 2020).
