Analysis

Kinu Kai

Priority: Low

At first remodel, she has decent Firepower and Torpedo stat, for a light cruiser, meaning she can do Artillery Spotting with okay-ish damage at day and pack a decent punch at night, too.

Her ASW stat also allow her to perform OASW attacks with proper setup.

Kinu Kai Ni

Priority: Medium-High

Her second remodel increases her AA stats, but more importantly allows her to use tanks and Daihatsu, meaning that she can now be used to increase expedition income or attack enemy installations.

Furthermore, she comes with built-in resource collection bonus of "one Daihatsu's worth", meaning that she grants a +5% resource bonus (before cap) to expedition gains in addition to any Daihatsu she might be carrying.

Similarly, she counts as carrying an extra Daihatsu during Transport Operations, meaning an extra 8 TP off the gauge for S-rank victory.

This bonus does not apply to anti-installation combat, however.

She also gains two special Anti-Air Cut-In setup, one of which is interesting because merely requires a special machine gun in her Reinforcement Expansion slot.

Take note that this remodel requires a Blueprint.
