As of June 10th, 2016. Kantai Collection as finally entered into the mobile realm where players with Android OS Mobile phones will be allowed to player Kantai Collection on thier mobile device. Currently the mobile version is under a closed beta test and only selected players who managed to successfully been accepted from Kancolle Android Lottery will be allowed to participate in the Android Version of Kancolle.
