Jintsuu Kai

Priority: Low

At first remodel, she has decent Firepower and Torpedo stat, for a light cruiser, meaning she can do Artillery Spotting with okay-ish damage at day and pack a decent punch at night, too.

Her ASW stat also allow her to perform OASW attacks with proper setup.

Jintsuu Kai Ni

Priority: Medium, unless her equipment is needed.

Her second remodel boosts her Firepower and Torpedo stats significantly, not only making her able to perform better in surface combat, but also giving her the highest night battle power of any CL and DD in game so far.

However, keep in mind that her base Luck is low and doesn't allow her to use night cut-in attacks reliably. (Raising her Luck stat is an option for veteran admirals.)
