Feburary 29th, 2016 End of Winter Event Update

1. The Winter 2016 Event "Sortie! Operation Rei-Go" will come to an end.
2. A Mutsuki-Class Kai Ni is expected to come out. The Mutsuki-class Kanmusu to receive this also worked closely with Fumizuki.
3. Brand new lines themed around the "Kanmusus Peach Festival" which will include kanmusus such as Yamato and Yuugumo
