Her abyssal form is assumed to be the [[Entombed Anti-Air Guardian Winter Princess]].

* Her name means "Winter Moon".
* She was launched on the 20th of January 1944.
* On the 20th of August 1945, Fuyutsuki hit a mine at Moji, Kyūshū, suffering heavy damage to her stern. She surrendered unrepaired and without armament.
** She was finally scrapped and converted to a breakwater in May 1948.

*Fuyutsuki in the game is considered an ''Akizuki''-class and not as the ''Fuyutsuki''sub-class from English sources.
**This is not an error but is based on her official class designations in lists and is still used by many Japanese scale model companies (Aoshima, Pitroad, Yamashita Model).
* She is currently still around albeit entombed under concrete. Suzutsuki, Fuyutsuki, and Yanagi are currently protecting the Kitakyushu as breakwaters.
