On the other side, she consumes less fuel and ammo than most heavy cruisers.

Priority: Low

Her second remodel increases her Firepower and Torpedo stat, meaning she hits harder than before at day and is actually useful at night, too.

Leveraging her fit bonus by outfitting her with 20.3cm(no.2) Twin Gun Mount further increases her capabilities, making her a fairly cost-effective ship.
