Food Supply Ship Irako
Irako was an IJN Supply Ship, used as an NPC in the game. She can be used with the Gift (給) button in the Composition menu to raise Morale.

艦娘たちの士気を高揚させる新型給糧艦。編成で使用可能。
A new type of food supply ship that boosts the morale of shipgirls. Can be used in the "Fleet" menu.

Using Irako 
increases the morale:
- Of the flagship by +25,
- Of 0 to 3 random other ship girls in the fleet by +25.
- She can be used in combination with Mamiya for a greater morale boost. See Gifting for details.
