紅茶の国で開発され、大型艦などの対空近接防御に使用された多連装対空ロケットランチャーです。<br>日本の対空噴進砲に使用された12cmロサ弾より大型のロケット弾を採用しています。<br>紅茶の国の艦艇や一部の戦艦などでポンポン砲と一緒に、または集中運用することで、限定的ではありますが近接対空防御に効果を発揮します。
