This gun was mounted on cruisers as a main gun and on the Yamato-class battleships as a secondary gun. This high-performance and easy-to-use gun is capable of anti-air combat and is an excellent battleship secondary gun.<br>There are lots of opinions on its defensive capabilities, some identifying it as the sole weak point of the Yamato-class.<br>This version has had the armor on the upper face of the turret reinforced. Further improvements have been made to the fire rate, firing angle, and layout of the inner spaces to better resist incoming fire. This secondary gun has been optimized for use with Yamato Kai Ni.
