Introduction

新型軽巡のために開発された新型の両用砲です。
対巡洋艦戦闘に重きをおいた新設計の軽巡主砲で、限定的ですが対空戦闘も可能です。
阿賀野型軽巡シリーズに装備されました。

A new type of dual-purpose gun developed for a new class of light cruisers.
It was a new design of light cruiser guns that emphasized combat with other cruisers but also possessed limited anti-air capabilities.
It was equipped on the Agano-class light cruisers.

Mechanics

Main Guns are the main armament used by surface ships. Their main stats are the "firepower" and "accuracy" . They are notably required to trigger all Artillery Spotting attacks as well as some Night Cut-Ins, notably the "Double Attack" (DA).

Most main guns come with "Hidden Fit Bonuses/Penalties", especially larger ones.
