I tried to share it on my friends but they doesn't seem interested. This is their comments:

Well i already gave up so i'll share it here to those who is really interested.
Setup:
flagship - CV(L) with 3 best red planes, and Skilled Carrier-based Aircraft Maintenance Personnel or 15.5cm Triple Gun Mount (Secondary)
or BB(V) with 2 best red guns, AP Shell, and Recon Plane or Bomber for BBV
or CA is possible too but not really stable.
2nd ship - CV(L) with 3 Type 99 Dive Bomber
3rd ship - CV(L) same setup above
4th ship - place the CV(L) or BB(V) here depends on which u not gonna use on flagship.
5th ship - wildcard - any ship u want to level
6th ship - any submarine, maruyu is the best choice.
