**A new type of resource, Emergency Repair Materials (緊急修理資材) will be required in order to conduct repairs.
**Akashi or Akitsushima [https://twitter.com/KanColle_STAFF/status/1166907696152371200 must be in the fleet and must not be in the flagship position].
**Major damage cannot be repaired (probably ≥50% damage).
**Repairs can only be conducted in specific areas/anchorages (緊急泊地修理可能な泊地).
