#Large Ship Construction will be implemented. Material input is 1000~7000 per construction. You can choose 1, 20, or 100 development materials. This will only be available to the admirals who has unlocked the third fleet, and will be a permanent feature (not event-only). Having your other construction docks empty will have a slight positive effect thanks to the many construction fairies.
