*Taihou deals the most damage out of all carriers because of her high base damage (which outstrips all other damage sources in the shelling phase) and large air wing. She also has the highest armor and the highest AA stat. Taihou can also launch planes at 中破, and still deals full damage because the planes ignore her damage level for calculation purposes. This last fact alone makes her single-handedly the best CV.
