While Kinugasa, is note exactly the best heavy cruiser to own. She does make it up with the fact that she's is one of the easier Heavy Cruisers to train to a Kai Ni Level. Locating her as a drop may be difficult for newer admirals, but it's also quite possible to obtain her from [[construction]]. While Kinugasa doesn't have any paticular outstanding performances in comparison to other Heavy Cruisers she does make it up with the fact that she comes with the [[20.3cm (No.3) Twin Gun Mount]] which is a rare and powerful gun that is useful for heavy cruisers to use.
