初期型の魚雷は信頼性が低く、数々のチャンスを逸しています。<br>
逆に、信頼性の向上した後期型では、日本の輸送船団、<br>
さらに護衛艦艇や主力艦に対しても猛威を発揮することになります。
A torpedo weapon developed and deployed by the US Navy.<br>
Though possible to launch an attack against surface targets with 6 tubes, early torpedoes were unreliable and many opportunities were missed.<br>
Conversely, the more reliable late-model torpedoes would menace Japanese convoys, escort vessels and front-line combatants.
