, 10 years agoJust notice this: Heavy cruisers can shoot torpedo in the torpedo salvo phase even without equipping a torpedo.
*Aviation cruisers equipped with seaplanes can attack submarines, but damage is still dependent on the quality of seaplanes you equip them and with the number of seaplanes you stack.
