July 3rd Server Maintenance

1. The maintenance will mainly focus on modifying server accessibility. The time frame for this should last from 1530-1800 JST.
   • Hijira Anchorage will no longer be subjected to the lottery process once the maintenance is completed allowing anyone to enter the server without performing the lottery.
   • Note that if the server becomes overburdened or unstable this process will be removed.
2. New voicea have been added to the Summer voice list which consist of 30 more Kanmusu. Which now total the list up to 50+ Kanmusu.
