The Type 0 Reconnaissance Seaplane was the leading reconnaisance seaplane of the fleet. It performed various missions early in the war.<br>
It was equipped on every ship in the fleet. The crew of three would undertake reconnaissance missions to be the eyes of the fleet.<br>
This plane is an improved late model with improved reconnaissance abilities that is piloted by a pair of skilled pilots.
