* She is named after [https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%82%A3%E6%99%BA%E5%B1%B1_(%E5%B1%B1) Mount Nachi].
* She was launched on the 15th of June 1927.
* Sunk by USN aircraft in Manila Bay, on the 5th of November 1944.
* Wreck has been searched for, but there are no wrecks in the area where she went down; more than likely the wreck was salvaged after World War II to clear Manila Bay of shipping lane hazards.
