Pumpkin

The Pumpkin Festival is a mini-event that was launched on October 14th, 2022. In this mini-event, Pumpkins are rewarded in weekly and one-time quests. Pumpkins can be exchanged for a variety of consumables and rare equipment and can also be used for "luck modding" ships through modernization.

For the mini-event, there is a grand total of 6 one-time quests and 1 weekly quest to earn pumpkins.

Locate and destroy the main enemy forces! Assemble a fleet containing either: "Fusou and Yamashiro, or Ise and Hyuuga, or Isokaze, Hamakaze and Yukikaze", and up to 3-4 XX, then S rank the boss nodes of 6-2, 6-3, 6-4, and 6-5. Cooking Exchange Rate

Once enough pumpkins are collected, they can be cooked in exchange for the following rewards:

Tips

• Active Participation will be required in order to earn most of the rewards offered in the Pumpkin Festival.

Luck Modding with Pumpkins

This feature is still being investigated, please do not consider this information as final.

When having Pumpkins in the inventory, a pumpkin icon will hide the normal luck icon in the ship's stat list in the Modernization panel. Clicking on it will enable Pumpkin Modernization. This will consume a Pumpkin, and improve luck in addition to whatever stats are provided by any ships being used as modernization materials.

The amount of Luck provided is dependent on what modernization materials are used:

• +1 with 1 or more ships that aren't duplicates,
• +2 with 1 duplicate (e.g. if modernizing Akatsuki, using an Akatsuki).
• +3 with 2 duplicates (e.g. if modernizing Akatsuki, using a pair of Akatsuki).

If additional ships are used, there is a chance of getting +1 additional luck; the maximum Luck gain from a single modernization is +3.

• Using members of the same class (e.g. if modernizing Akatsuki, ships from Akatsuki class
