Does not contribute Fighter-Power in Aerial Combat, and cannot be shot down during it.

When equipped to a Land-base it:

• In Sortie mode, it can extend the minimum Combat Radius
  • LB Land-based Reconnaissance Aircraft
    
    will additionally:
    • Adds a bonus post-cap damage multiplier to all Aircraft in the base.
    • Adds a bonus multiplier to the total Sortie Fighter-Power of the base.
• In Air Defense mode, adds a bonus multiplier to the total Defense Fighter-Power of the base.
• Can contribute Fighter-Power (if it has any Proficiency or ) and can be shot down.
• Cannot gain Proficiency.
