Introduction

Stats are the numeric values that represent a ship girl's capabilites. Some stats can be increased through Modernization or leveling while others can only be increased through leveling.

The following information covers most of the basic understandings behind how the mechanics work and how they influence certain factors when partaking in Sorties.

The Stats screen which displays the ship girl and all the stats in which that ship girl has.

All ship girl's have stats which are shown through their display which can be viewed in the Composition, Remodel, or Repair. These stats as the previous mention cover all the factors which influence their overall performance in sorties in general. The follow stats shown are as follows:

HP

HP Health denotes the maximum health of a ship girl.

  • As she takes damage, damage states will display over her banner.

Speed Speed just denotes the speed of the ship. It effects routing in maps and eligibility for the escort fleet in Combined Fleets.

  • It can only be improved through certain equipment combinations. See Improving Ship Speed for details.
    • Getting ships to Fast+ or Fastest can affect routing in maps.
    • Increasing speed is supposed to provide bonuses to evasion but said effect is either bugged or unnoticeable.


Line of Sight

Line of Sight Line of Sight (LoS) signifies how well a ship girl can find enemies. It plays a role in Detection, Artillery Spotting trigger rate, and routing requirements.


  • It can only be increased through leveling.
    • LoS has no fixed cap, a ship girl will keep gaining LoS as she levels according to her specific LoS growth rate.
  • LoS can be increased further using equipment.
  • Due to how equipment LoS is weighted for spotting trigger rate and routing, equipment LoS is much more important than ship girl LoS.


Range

Range Range determines a ship girl's attack order during the first shelling phase and opening ASW.

  • Range is fixed depening on ship girl and remodel.
  • It can only be increased using certain equipment.

Luck

Luck Luck plays a role in many things. The most important role of luck is determining the trigger rate of night battle special attacks and anti-air barrages. It plays a minor role in evasion and accuracy.

Accuracy

Accuracy Accuracy is not displayed on the ship girl information menu but it is a stat that is displayed on some equipment. It determines how likely a ship girl is to land her attacks.


Stat Conditions

ship girl sometimes displays indications in which you can be notified about the condition your ship is in when they are participating in a sortie or other factors. Most of these conditions are a good way of being able to know the condition in which your ship girl is in, or is a current battle or following a sortie.



  • Evacuated.png
    Evacuated- A special condition that occurs only during Combined fleets where a ship is pulled out from s combined fleet and is forced to retreat through the use of a Fleet Command Facility, the icon is ship girl's icon is grey out and left with grey text to indicate she has been evacuated back to your main base, she'll remain unusable for the remainder of the sortie till the rest of your fleet returns to Home Port.


  • Fatigue - Ships with this icon indicate that they are suffering from low morale which will result in a slight reduction in their battle performance. The most recommended remedy to this is to let to ship girl take a break for several minutes (15 minutes roughly) to recover moral so she can return to normal.


  • Heavy Fatigue - Ships with this icon indicate that they are suffering from very low morale which will result in a drastic reduction in their battle performance. The most recommended remedy to this is to let to ship girl take a break for a while (30 minutes roughly) to recover moral so she can return to normal.


  • Expedition notifier.png
    Expedition - ship girl with this label are part of an expedition fleet that is currently conducting an expedition. Fleets sent on an expedition are unable to be removed from the fleet nor can their equipment be removed and will remain with this label until the fleet has returned from the expedition.

    Repair - Fleets that are labeled in this are currently being repaired in the Docking area. You can safely remove them from the fleet, but cannot have their equipment removed and will not be usable until they have finished their repairs.
