After clearing Quests [[Quests#D25|D25]] and obtaining the {{Item/Icon|Provisional Resupply|size=40px}} Provisional Resupply, it is possible to resupply the expedition fleets immediately before sending them on expeditions from the expedition menu. Simply click on the small resupply button beside the "Dispatch" button.
